Is there any way that I can set a number of people using an account on the ftp at once.

And also how can I stop the user Anonymous getting into my ftp? (without blocking out my normal users)

go to the server manager

http://server/server-manager (from your lan)

there is a link on the left that says remote access.

from there you can set the amont of users and anonymous logins and telnet and etc.
