Title: e-smith failiure notice
Post by: sander on December 14, 2001, 05:07:33 PM
I just got a failiure notice from e-smith 4.1.1

As this server is not onmy lan i gave it an e-mail address to forvard administrative notices to.

This one is 12 MB large.

It sent this to me in e-mail body!!!!!!
As i dont have 64 mb of ram on my pc
this is a little lot to open for me.

Woulnt it be better when e-smith would send so big files in attachments?

Well, if it's a bounced message, I'd expect that it would (or should) contain the "big file" in the same way as the original--that is, if it were an attachment in the original message, it would be an attachment in the bounced message.  If not, it wouldn't be.
