Title: Traffic Shaping / Bandwidth Throttling

I've inherited an SME installation and am starting from the base of the learning curve here.

As far as I can tell, SME cannot handle traffic shaping and bandwidth throttling in the plain vanilla version but that those features can be added via plug-ins.

I plead my case before the gurus here -- how would I best accomplish this sort of thing? Much thanks offered in advance.

Ah. That's the problem, I'm on version 6. So the first order of business would be to update to the latest version. Glad to know the option is available!
