Title: SME 6.01 No date in webmail
Post by: Cygnus600 on January 26, 2006, 04:40:55 PM
I have SME 6.01 with the lastest updates.

If I send mail with Webmail and have a language other than English in UserOptions, the date field is empty. If I look at the mail in a mailclient, I can see the date.

The problem seems to have come after the latest update with yum.

Is this a bug in the webmail part of the SME Server?

Kind Regards

I see the same since January 16th. I updated my SME 6.0 arround this day (no sure but uptime = 10 days). I think, we have to write a bug report. I can do it. Did you see anything suspect in log files? May be in httpd logs.

Thanks for your answer

Nothing unusual that I can see.
You are welcome to write a bug report.

Same for me. Nothing suspect in http/error_log, messages and imap.

I will write the bug report soon.

Installed the new RPM found here:

Tested with Swedish, and everything seems OK

Thanks

I am glad this fixes your problem.  But, removing the last patch re-introduces the bug that causes segfaults when the server is set to Australia/Adelaide timezone.  So, we are working on a way to re-incorporate the last update which won't break the date issue.
