Title: trace Server Downloads

on the weekend the server is left to run by it self for 2 days is there any way to see what has been downloaded  because 100meg has come down but i did'nt download it. any ideas to see who or what is downloading it.
cause i pay by the meg and it's getting quite $$$.

Why don't you stop some services like masq so no one could download stuff or surf the net ?
