My connection to the internet fails despite changing parameters and NIC cards

Any clues for me
Thanks!

The solution is release the IP address from your NIC. Under Windows choose Start, Run and type "ipconfig /release".

This will release your IP and let Rogers DHCP server know that a new MAC address and IP is required.

Rogers support will enter 2 MAC addresses for you but suggested the previous solution.
