just choose the default 911 backup. it has the correct information for a full backup. I have tested on 6.0.1,6.0.1 custom and pre1 and works great. have tested restore and also works without problems

Ok.

I have done a 911.

I get 2 files:
911 part 1 - 1,95 gb
911 part 2 - 1,02 gb

But i then normal backup and restore, is says that i have approximately 5Gb for the first backup (desktop way) method and for the 2. approximately  7Gb.

I am really not sure, i get all our files (doc, drawing and so on)

Beeboob,

Go over to tucows.com and find a RAR tool for windows.  Then unpack the files and see what's in there.  This will really raise you comfort level.
