I recently upgraded horde to v.3 on SME 6.5rc1. It seems to be generally very slow, and goes into spells where it takes 10 seconds or so to refresh the screen. What would be causing the problem. SME is running on a 866mhz processor with 256 or 512 mb of ram. Horde 2 webmail ran very quickly.
Any suggestions?

Similar thing here. I suspect it is downloading an image for each folder (the + image?) I reinstalled the old V2 and all is fine (a hassle in itself... below..). Until the downgrade I deleted about 80 folders and it was ok.
I was going to hunt for a horde setting to have the left folder list colapsed/hidden but never got around to it.
Now, if you need to downgrade it turns out the easiest way is to delete the /home/httpd/html/horde tree and reinstall the rpm's from the distribuition CDROM and then reload a backup of the v2 db - worked for me.
