Title: e-smith 4.0 upgrade

Will be there a possiblity to do install upgrade from pre-alpha 4.0 to final 4.0?
(like Red Hat -packages upgrade + new features without braking origianal configuration)

This should work reasonably well; upgrading smoothly was an important design goal in 4.0.

Absolutely! Most users will be upgrading from 3.1.
