Can anybody explain why this error always displays

i use sme v.6.0.01 updated for the moment i think i need danish locales

Yes, I think you can. You already have. You are trying to use Danish, and there are no Danish localizations available.

Maybe some day there will be on the
other hand denmark is so small so nobody
wants to make that i think
