Title: Imail and outlook

SME 6.0.1-01
Were replacing an exchange 5.5 box and looking to use Imap and Outlook 2003.

All seems to be working but when we delete or move a messange from the inbox to another folder it marks the message for deletion but does not move it to trash or deleted items????

Is there way to have Outlook delete it?

Go to the Edit menu in Outlook and select "Purge Deleted Items" (or something to that effect).

Outlook does not handle the IMAP protocol particularly well (surprised?!). I recommend Mozilla Thunderbird as a better IMAP client, but if you need Outlook...
