Title: Help with seeing staff file directories

In the SME 6 User Manual Chapter 15, page 104.
It reads "When you create a user on the server this not only creates an email account but also a file directory for that user".
Being the administrator of the office and the server how can I see their file directory from my computer without me going to their computer or logging on my computer as them. Is there anyway I can see their file directory being the administrator.
