Title: sme7.0pre4 email broken

after a yum update from sme7.0pre3 to sme7.0pre4 I am not getting this message for all external email.
Your mail 67.21.46.55:3419->x.x.x.x:25 is dropped for scan engine not ready.

As has been requested many, many times in the past, please report all problems via the Bug Tracker, so they can be investigated and fixed. Thanks.
