Title: Spamassassin & Maillog

G'day all

In trawling through mine & several clients server logs I found a lot of noise caused by Spamassassin looking for modules it couldn't find and logging these errors in the maillog, firstly this:

Can't locate Mail/SPF/Query.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ../lib /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.6.1/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/SPF.pm line 272, <GEN42> line 81.

and then once this was fixed this:

Can't locate Net/CIDR/Lite.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ../lib /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.6.1/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SPF/Query.pm line 83, <GEN72> line 54.

I have collected the rpms that correct the errors & written an install script if anyone would like to test them out for me before being released into the wild; post on this thread and I will email them to you.  Please be sure to post back success or failure or with any issues.

smeghead,

I have been running these rpms for quite a while with no issues.  There is another thread out there that talks about this same issue.
