Title: transperent squid problems

I've activated the transparent http proxy but when I try to do an external ftp connection my IE tells me that my proxy won't allow a read write access for ftp. How can I change this?

If I deactivate the transparent proxy in my server-manager I can't access the server-manager and any other internet connection how can I solve this problem?
