Title: change raid 1 to raid 5

I have an server running SME7 (rc1 as of this morning) with three 30g hard drives, however it only sets up as RAID 1 as shown here:

is there a way to change it to raid 5 without having to reinstall?
Every time I reinstall, I get the same message....

sorry, three 80 GB drives....

on a recheck, one of the drives does seem to be acting up....
