Title: Webmail issues

One of my users uses webmail daily. He has set up many of the features such as blacklists for spam. Twice now the blacklists have completely gone away, but returned the following day. During this time blacklisted email gets through, but everything is fine the next day.

Anyone have an idea what might cause this to occur?

Additionaly information - this time the filters did not come back. Apparently they were just lost. Any ideas on how to fix this and/or make sure it does not recur?

Is the user selecting a different profile and not realising it ?
