Title: Cerberus Helpdesk

I have installed Cerberus Helpdesk on Contribs (http://www.cerberusweb.com/) I have given it access to /tmp as needed. But if I send an email to it with a file attachment of more than a few KB it fails to download the mail and attachment to the help desk? Does anybody have any ideas?

For those who come across this you need to mod send_file.php so attachments in the help desk can work.

Brett, when you say you've installed it in 'Contribs', are you referring to an installation on your SME server or have you submitted a contrib for the installation of Cerberus for SME?

Is this the free version or the reseller one?

I'm interested to see how the email function integrates with SME because it lools like it takes over as the MTA to some extent.

The product is free with one email address per domain? I'm using it for support mail from 6 domains so under this model it is free. I've install it on the latest sme. I took the easy way and have it configured to just fetch the mail locally from pop accounts.
