Title: broken imap

the imap on my server seems broken. the paste below seems to show the imap servers running but not listening. Users get a 'connection refused message'

what should i be looking at ??

All problems should be reported (only) via the bug tracker.

i didnt want to use the bug tracker until i was sure that's what it is
