Post by: oddo on March 27, 2006, 07:40:24 PM
Hi

i have installed SME 7 (pre 4) and i have 2 hdd 250 GB ATA 100
amd sme make it raid 1 and i whant raid 0

how do i make it raid 0 ?

one solution i think:
install SME on another hard driver, and make manualy a raid partition (from 2 hdd 250 GB ATA 100) and then link them to /home/e-smith/files/ibays

Hi,

May want to look into LVM

SME does LVM over RAID1
But the use of the LVM allows to you expand and contract the volume at will...
