Title: E-Mail blocked by external servers?

A while ago, we had a sober worm that took us a little while to get rid of.  Well apparently there were many addresses that were spammed and now email from our IP is blocked by AOL, MSN, Yahoo and a few others.  Any ideas what I need to do in order to get this fixed?  Thanks.

You should check the websites of the blacklists in question.
