This can be done in the Pseudonyms panel of the server manger. There is a description of what needs to be done.

how to setup diferent password for office@domain1.com and office@domain2.com ?
It's not possible. email addresses don't have passwords, users (i.e. people) do.

but i cannot create 2 office users ...
how can i setup 1 user with 2 distinct e-mail adress office@domain1.com and
office@domain2.com
and when i recive e-mail for office@domain2.com i don't whant to recive to bouth e-mails: office@domain1.com and office@domain2.com
thanks

Hang on, you are saying 2 things here.
In the first sentence you saying you want to set up one user with 2 email address's office@domain1.com and office@domain2.com. Thats easy, just create the user office. They will receive email for both domains assuming you have set up the virtual domain.
The second sentence says that you don't want to receive email from both office email accounts, just from the one domain. Where do you want the other office@domain2.com to go to. It can only go to another user if you have set up an alias in the pseudonyms panel. i.e office@domain2.com is an alias for the user mary.

sorry for my english ...
what im trying to say is i whant 2 e-mail adress on the same server
office@domain1.com and office@domain2.com
i set up 2 domains: domaina.com and domain2.com
an i want to receive email from both office email accounts office@domain1.com and office@domain2.com
but when i recive e-mail to office@domain1.com the e-mai "sould go" to
office@domain1.com Inbox
and when i recive e-mail to office@domain2.com the e-mai "sould go" to
office@domain2.com Inbox
when office@domain1.com recive his e-mail it will not contain any e-mail sent to office@domain2.com
and when
office@domain2.com recive his e-mail it will not contain any e-mail sent to office@domain1.com

In the case the only way is to create 2 aliases via the pseudonyms panel
Create the alias office@domain1.com (note put in the whole email address) and point that at a user you have created who should get the emails for office@domain1.com.
Create a second alias office@domain2.com and point this at a second user you have set up who is to receive the office@domain2.com emails.
The users you setup to receive the emails could be office1 and office2

thanks JonB
i will try this ...

I tried this on my SME 6.5 and it rejected due to the @ in the email address
"The pseudonym should contain only lower-case letters, numbers, period, hyphen and underscore and should start with a lower-case letter or number. For example "sales", "john.holland", "123" and "email-administrator" are all valid pseudonyms, but "John Smith" and "Henry Miller" are not."
Is this only available in v7 onwards?

By default Yes, but see
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver//contribs/rmitchell/smeserver/howto/virtual%20domain%20email%20aliases%20HOWTO%20for%20sme%20server.htm
and
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver//contribs/rmitchell/smeserver/howto/Mail%20system%20tweaks%20HOWTO%20for%20sme%20server.htm
and see the bit about dungog-mailblocking
You need to use both email aliases & mailblocking contrib for full control of domain email.
