My FTP program is allowing me to add files and folders to the cgi-bin,files, and html folders but not add create folders in the root of my i-bays


Is this normal ?

For security reasons you are only allowed to write to cgi-bin,files, html and users home folders, there is no write allowed to root of i-bays
