Title: Mail Queue problem

Please can someone help me. The problem is that no mail is going out and no mail coming in. The queue report says following. What can I do for the sme to start processing all the mails? What to do to fix this problem?

First you have to know what the problem is. Look at the mail log analysis panel and the reason for deferrals. Most likely reason is your ISP is blocking port 25 traffic.

I had to reinstall the whole server to get it to function but the mail log said somtehing about "todo" was sleeping and could not be opened???

Is there a possibility that someone could have hacked their way into the system and started to use the server as spam mail server, because of the high amount of messages in queue?

Possible, but I think unlikely, and as you appear to have destroyed the evidence, we'll now never know for sure.
