Title: Disable password change

Ciao to all from Italy. I'm a new SME-Server's user. During last days I test SME-server for a local school and I read various FAQ and Guide (this forum also).
I need that some users can't change password and don't expire at all but I can't  find any information about this. I try pdbedit or chage but no luck.
