Is it possible to recover a deleted file in ibay?

Not easily--once a file is gone in Linux, it's pretty well gone.  If you check the Linux FAQ at linux.org, there are a couple tricks which might help, but it's not very likely.

In general no. However if you go to a Linux Documentation Project website, and read the Ext2 filesystem undelete howto, there are
some (complicated) instructions there for attempying to recover deleted files.
