Title: Allow an ibay to use PEAR ?

Hi,

Have you ever tested the what's given under http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=28333.0 on an SME7 server ?

Yes I did, but you should apply the corrections to my quick (and unfortunately not flawless post :-( ) posted in the thread. Did you do so?

Yes I did, but you should apply the corrections to my quick (and unfortunately not flawless post :-( ) posted in the thread. Did you do so?

Oops you are on SME7 and not SME6... everything there is a bit different... for instance restarting the httpd deamon uses a different command now:

Thank you very much for that last point. I tried to change my server's conf but the usual "service httpd-e-smith restart" seemed to work but didn't do anything...
