Title: fetchmail error to admin

Hi,

I have a sme 5.0 standard installed as server only ,dhcp disabled as I have a router as DHCP connected thru a DSL and I am trying to get it to go out to my mailserver on my ISP and get my mail.  everything else seems to be working, I can share files, send mail internally to users, send mail out to external recipient, but I cant get it to retrieve the mail from my ISPs mail server.  I keep getting a message back to the admin
accnt from Cron Daemon that says "fetchmail: couldn't time-check the run-control file and fetchmail: lock creation failed.  I have the email retrieve set to multi drop with the secondary mail server set to my ISP mail server and check every 5 min.
Any ideas what is going on?  Thanks for any help.

I too am getting the same error , also DHCP disabled , though Im using an internal modem and have a Win2000 Server as a Primary DNS server.
Everything else is fine.
