Title: Internal SPAM problem

i got a sme 6.0.1 behind 50 pc network.

i recive tons of spam in my e-mail queue (from the internal network, not relay for sure). what i need to do is block them.

i have no e-mail accounts in sme server, it is just proxy and smtp server

what can i do?

I don't understand how you are receiving your email.

If your sme server is your mail server, then install jespers spam filter panel & enable RBL blocking or you can manually enable RBL using my HOWTO.
There are many other tweaks that can help, see the various links and methods outlined in

What i got is an smtp server that generates spam, i know that this is not a relay problem, and it is not a problem for my users, they use external mailboxes.
anyway, i still have this spam problem, and for sure is not external, it is internal.
i install the secure SMTP RMP, and this works fine, but only secure external connections to the smtp server, but my problem is internal.

if it's internal, why don't check the logs to find out where the problem is? looks like one of your clients has a virus.
