Title: HTML Composition Mode - Webmail

It seems that since upgrading to RC1 the HTML compisition mode in webmail has dissappeared.  I never use web mail so I didn't notice the problem until I had a user ask me what had happened to it.  I wasn't sure if this was a bug, or if that functionality has been removed in RC1.  Thanks!
