Title: unable to load profiles

I  have just upgraded to SME 7c2 from SME 7c1 and now whenever i create an account through the server mananger and try to log it in on any windows XP SP2 client it gives me the message that it is unable to load my profile and it can't log me in.

Has someone already experienced this before and if so can you point me in the right direction as to how to resolve this problem...

All problems should be reported via the Bug Tracker, and only there (where the developers will be sure to see them).  Thanks.
