Title: RC3 Vs RC2?

Anyone know what the changes are from RC2 to RC3? Trying to work out if I should move to this version.

I have looked on ftp site, here and in documents section but cant find a Release Note.

RC3 hasn't fully made its way to the mirrors yet and hasn't been announced. I expect there will be some information about what has changed in the release announcement, when it is made.

Information about all recent bug fixes can be found  by searching in the bug tracker.
