Hope somebody can help out here.
I tried to watch one of the live stream World Cup matches from the BBC, but it keeps telling me that it is only available to uk customers. (I am in the UK).
So i checked my external IP address and and it is registered to a uk company (Telewest).
Then i performed a whats my IP (http://www.whatsmyip.org/) and it showed my internal IP the one that my PC uses, as my external address instead of the telewest one.
Now as far as i am aware this is what is causing the issue because if i do not use SME and connect direct to the internet from the PC then it is OK.
Is this by design or/and is there a way around it?
Thanks,
Steve.

try port forwarding (with port /ports number acording to the live stream software use.)

Hi,
On further investigation i have found that if i turn off the proxy cache and then go to whats my ip it reports my external IP address correctly, if i turn the proxy back on it is reporting my external address as being my internal address range 10.10.1.*.
Is this opperating as it should?
