Hi there,
am pretty new to SME and am trying it out to see if it is suitable for a small company of perhaps no more than 30 people, for email purposes only.
Have some queries as I couldn't find it from the documentation:
1) Even if i create multiple domain (this company has 3 domain names with relative email addresses), when I create a user I am not prompt which domain this user belongs to. How do I do that?
2) Password for the users must include lower case, upper case, alpha numeric and numbers when I create. But how do the user change his/her own email password (don't see the option in Horde, I thought it was there), and if so, is it possible to use a simpler password?
Thanks!

You don't. You create users, period. Each has an email address in all domains (but obviously don't need to use them all).

"http://server/user-password/" - I'd be surprised if that's not in the User Guide, but if so, please open a bug in the bug tracker, Documentation section.

hi there, my bad. should have updated that i found the password strength issue here too
http://no.longer.valid/phpwiki/index.php/SME7FAQs#Passwordx20.Strength
the link you provided is useful, thanks!
So you mean to say... I won't be able to have same userid for different user on different domain?
Say I got 2 virtual domains: domain1.com and domain2.com for 2 different group of users
both have a user call Mark. I won't be able to create it as such then... ?

You can do that. You use the Pseudonym Panel in the Server Manager.
In your example you would create 2 users mark1 and mark2.
In the Pseudonym Panel you would create 2 new pseudonyms -
mark@domain1.com will point to user mark1
mark@domain2.com will point to user mark2
You need to put in the whole email address in the text box i.e mark@domain1.com
Then select the user in the drop down box.
