Do someone here now how to use ImageTTFText , I can't figure out what to do with the $font options , I am using SMEServer 6.5 and 7.0rc3

This doesn't sound like an SME specific question. I think you should be asking on a PHP or GD forum or mailing list.

There may not be any fonts on the smeserver. If you need fonts, you may need to install them yourself.
