Title: phpmyadmin error 1267

installed phpmyadmin for sme. eveytime i click on check privledges i get a lot of code ending with error 1267. checked with phpmyadmin error code list with no solutions. Has anyone experienced this besides me.

I'm running:
 SME 7.0rc3
 Mysql 4.1.12
 php 4.3.9
 phpmyadmin 2.5.6

Not tried it on RC3, but it certainly works OK on RC2
