Title: How do I remove asterisk?

I recently installed asterisk and am now ready to remove it.....how do I do that?

I followed the contribs direction.  My inbox is flooded (1 every minute)with emails with this error message and I don't know how to stop it.

/bin/bash: /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/run_wakeups: No such file or directory

 :-o

I want to remove Asterisk from my SME server.  Please help.

make sure the folder exists and create empty file  with execute perms
 /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/
run_wakeups
