Title: Allow another user to join domain
Post by: Franco on July 08, 2006, 03:45:07 AM
To join a windows XP to the domain the admin password is required, is there a way so I can let another user be able to join?

Thanks,

Hej
I think if you make a group and calling this
admins
and calling this for
Domain Admins
Current list of User Groups

Group Description
admins    Domain Admins
then put a user in there try it

Bob

Unfortunatelly it does not allow me to join the domain, it does give the user full control of the domain AFTER he has logged to the machine, this is of course after the admin user has joined the machine on the domain.

These experiences showed me that a user can logon in more than one instance. Can I prevent this?

Thanks,
