According to this http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/mail.ch?domain=consultant@brill-idea-solutions.com the MX record either isnt present or is misconfigured. Do you manage the dns records for that domain or does someone else do it. If you manage the dns you might have to login to the dns management page for that domain and check the MX records.

This is your problem
Host unknown (Name server: mail.brill-idea-solutions.com.brill-idea-solutions.com.: host not found)
It is not a valid domain. As Lloyd has said, you have misconfigured your MX record. In fact it looks like you have run one domain into the other.

mail.brill-idea-solutions.com.brill-idea-solutions.com
Note the doubled domain name - so even if "brill-idea-solutions.com" is configured correctly, "mail.brill-idea-solutions.com.brill-idea-solutions.com" is not.
I have seen this behavior on my SME 7 system from alpha 2 through RC3 (I haven't updated to Final yet) - where the SME server domain name gets added to the tail end of email addresses and URLs when accessed from my Windows XP workstation or from the server.
I can get around it by adding a trailing dot to the URL or email address - "admin@mail.brill-idea-solutions.com.", but this is not a solution, only a step towards understanding.
I've observed this behavior, but haven't spent any time or effort trying to resolve it as it doesn't impact my operation.
My original assumption was that it was related to having setup a DynDNS account for my server with "wildcard" turned on, but I have since turned off the "wildcard" setting on my DynDNS data with no change to this issue.

Thank You the DNS server was missing the . after the domain name.
