i wish i could prevent using msn messenger,yahoo and other chat client on my net..
Anyone kwnos how?

Look up the network-ports they use, and close them or forward them to a non-existing ip-address. Or block all traffic from the chat-hosts by adding a firewall rule.

I'm not sure that one of those two will do the trick completely, by applying both I think you're on the right way.
