Hi guys need some help
have changed ISP's to internode
SME V6.01 is set to collect mail from a catchall mail box for the domain at internode, now all email is being delivered to the admin account instead of being distributed to the users.
nothing has changed apart from where the mail comes from.
what is going on and how can I fix this.

have investigated a little further and have enquired with the ISP to see if they add a header of any sort to the emails the answer to that was NO.
the SME is set to sort headers using the Default method.
Is there a header I could have added to help with this situation?

There will be a header of some sort, check one of the email messages Headers/Source to see what it is.
Internode's default is probably different to your previous ISP, so you need to change the Header Sort By setting in the Email panel to suit your new ISP.
This similar scenario has been discussed & answered at least twice recently in the forums.

Thanks Ray
Internode said they didn't use a header
but I put in a custom one and used 'TO:'
now the mail is being delivered correctly.
