Title: SME v7 Mail Server - Delivery Notice?

Can SME v7 be configured to return a Delivery Reciept if a user has requested one?

You don't need to. It should do so if the user asks for it in it's mail client. For my setup SMEServer7 and Mozilla Thunderbird it works both ways. If not report it to the bugtracker.
