Title: MultiTech ZBA USB modem supported?
Post by: cactus on July 26, 2006, 09:13:40 AM
Does anybody know if a MultiTech ZBA USB modem (http://www.multitech.com/PRODUCTS/Families/MultiModemZBA/) can be configured to work as modem for SME Server. I would like to use it to revceive and send faxes and for backup admin access incase the network drops.

If so do I need to configure it like described here (http://ftp://ftp.multitech.com/usb/usb-linux2.txt) or will it be automatically detected and ready for work?

Thanks  in advance!

SME 7 has no support for any USB modems.
