If you want us to help don't obfuscate your log files. If you are worried of everyone reading privacy infomration you might be better of reporting it as a bug. It is not safe but at least it is not publically accesible as this forum is. My guess is the sender address is on some blacklist although this just a wild guess.  :-?

Many email systems don't allow email from dynamic IP addresses in order to stop spam. Try setting up your SME server to send mail through your ISP mail server.

Incidentally, that is the wrong log. You have shown us the qpsmtpd log, which was generated when your server received the mail from the workstation. The "Remote host said" message was generated when qmail tried to deliver the message to verizon.

The message means exactly what it says - verizon's mail server considers that "You are not allowed to send mail". The "You" could mean either your mail server, or the sender address - only Verizon could tell you which they mean.

The IP for the server is static.  It is the same as the previous SME 6.01.  This is a new 7.0 install with a desktop restore.  It's been running for 3 weeks with no issues.  I followed the instructions in the stickies.  This just happened yesterday.

Thanks

They might have updated their system. Everything worked fine for me until recently I was unable to email people who have their email with register.com
When I set up my SME server to send email through my ISP email server, everything worked fine than.
