I believe TrioxBox is a seperate distro on it self also based on CentOS (see distrowatch (http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=trixbox)). Did you already try the selintra RPM's (http://ftp://81.149.154.14/) or the Asterisk RPM's (http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/selintra/RPMS/) which could have been found under the SME Server7 contribs section (http://no.longer.valid/phpwiki/index.php/SME7Contribs) in the left menu? If one of them is suitable to you could you send me the $50? ;-)

TrixBox is both a distro (asterisk@home), and a pack.

What is the "selintra"?
and does the Asterisk RPM's have the same easy user interface like trixbox ( I think it is call freePBX)?

Have a look at their SARK/SAIL documentation site (http://81.149.154.14/docs/cgi-bin/view), it describes their SAIL package (especially suitable for SME Server), it states it is a Asterisk PBX implementation.

Unfortunately I don't have experience with either of them.

I agree with Cactus.

Having used Asterisk@home, and now the new re named Trixbox, don't bother with either as it is far far easier to use Selintra Sail. Not only that, but you can harass Jeff if it does not work. (Proably get my legs broke for that comment)  :-D
