Title: Problem with Groups after upgrade

After my upgrade to 5.1.2 my attempts to change folk in any of the three groups results in an error message - " a software error has occurred, please contact the administrator".
I am wondering of my ISO download had a glitch.
Thoughts?

Was there a fix to this problem?  I have similarly done an upgrade to 5.1.2 a few weeks back and am now experiencing exactly the same problem.
