I have a problem sending mails to a address; the mail comes back with the error:
Remote host said: 554 Blocked by Intercept: go to http://intercept.borderware.com/lookup?ip=81.216.140.232
Giving up on 213.163.128.164.
The message on SORBS:
Netblock: 81.216.140.0/24 (81.216.140.0-81.216.140.255)
Record Created: Mon Nov 21 08:50:14 2005 GMT
Record Updated: Mon Nov 21 08:50:14 2005 GMT
Additional Information: Dynamic/Generic IP/rDNS address, use your ISPs mail server or get rDNS set to indicate static assignment.
Currently active and flagged to be published in DNS
If you wish to request a delisting please do so through the Support System.
I have the IP address 81.216.140.232, but the msg from SORBS tells that the whole 81.216.140.0/24 has been blocked.
This is a problem for my ISP, isn't it?
The mail server on SME is secure?

Read the "Additional Information" - it tells you exactly what you need to do.

Yes, but why/how have the IPs become listed?

Many ISP dynamic IPs are listed by many recipients. You will need to send mail through your ISP's mail server to bypass this, rather then direct from your SME server. If you are doing so already, then it is a problem for your ISP.
