Title: How Do I Fix the freshclam: Update failed

I'm running SMC 7.0
I'm getting emails saying in the subject line freshclam: Update failed
How Do I Fix The Problem?

I followed the instructions above:
#cd /var
#chown -R clamav:clamav clamav
Now try it:
#/usr/bin/freshclam
And Got this:
