Other than DansGuardian, is there any other (simple) way to stop streaming media and video downloads?
* HR and Management have a problem with users goofing off all day because of CNN, Google video search, You Tube and the zillions of other convergence sites.
* I have a problem with users hogging bandwidth.
I am running SME Server 6.0.1-01 with everything on smeplus.rpm installed.
We have three branch offices (FreeSwan) and fourty users.
I have done a bit of routing and traffic control stuff CBQ, but I am looking for a way to stop the video downloads cold.
I've seen this done at other companies. What have their IT wizards got that I (we) haven't got?
Any help will be greatly appreciated,
