Title: Accidentaly changed Mysql admin password

Help I've justed changed the Mysql admin password and can't access anything I don't remember what it was.  I didn't mean to.  What do I do now?

I installed phpmyadmin and can't login from there either.

Have a look in the root home directory at a file called '.my.cnf'. That should tell you what it was.
